文章结合测控专业的特点,论述了实验室创新与实训基地建设对技术技能型人才培养的重要性,主要从创新与实训题库建设、管理体系建设和多功能实训平台建设三方面提出了关于实验室创新与实训基地建设的方案,以适应教育改革的发展需要。

Based on the measurement and control of professional characteristics, this paper discusses the importance of the laboratory innovation and practice base construction on training technical skilled personnel, and proposes a plan of the laboratory innovation and practice base construction, mainly from three aspects of the innovation and practice ouestion bank, management system construction and multi-functional training platform construction to meet the development of education reform.
