摘要
文章对星载固态功率放大器的热设计进行了研究,并结合星载固态功率放大器设计实例,最后给出了功放的仿真及实物测试结果。
This thesis discussed the procedure and method of thermal design on satellite SSPA, introduced the method of thermal design specifically and provided the results of thermal simulation and actual measurement in the end.
