曲安奈德在口腔扁平苔藓治疗中的疗效观察

Observation on the effect of Cu Ann Ned in the treatment of oral lichen coating

目的观察曲安奈德在治疗口腔扁平苔藓中的疗效。方法选择我院100例口腔扁平苔藓患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。观察组采用曲安奈德利多卡因治疗,对照组采用泼尼松龙口服治疗,观察两组患者疗效。结果观察组总有效率为94%高于对照组的78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对口腔患有扁平苔藓的患者采用曲安奈德加利多卡因的治疗方式,具有良好的疗效,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective Curative effect of triamcinolone acetonide for the treatment of oral cavity compressed moss. Methods Choose our hospital 100 cases of patients with oral cavity compressed moss, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group QuAn nai Hadley lidoeaine treatment, control group treated with oral prednisone dragon, observed the curative effect of two groups after treatment. Results Observation group total effective rate was 94% higher than for lease of 94% more, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with oral cavity compressed moss with triamcinolone acetonide Gary lidocaine treatment, good curative effect, high safety, worth clinical promotion.
