颌角整形截骨线厚度的三维CT测量及临床意义

摘要 目的进行下颌角整形截骨线厚度的三维CT测量并研究其临床意义。方法选取2011年~2013年来我院进行下颌角整形手术患者40例并分析其,临床状况,建立三维CT测量截骨线与下领骨后缘交点处、下领骨中部交点处以及截骨线与不同磨牙的交点处情况,并测量第一出磨牙和第二双牙尖骨质厚度。结果截骨线厚度与患者性别、年龄、身高、体重以及不同体质均有关系,其中二三磨牙之间骨质最厚,从第三磨牙后缘开始减小,并与升支之后降到最低。结论在下颌角整形截骨手术中,截骨线厚度的三维CT测量大大增加了手术的成功率和恢复性,并降低了复发性频率以及其他不良反应等。
