铸造分裂桩核冠修复磨牙大面积牙体缺损的临床疗效观察

目的利用铸造分裂桩核冠修复磨牙大面积牙体缺损的临床修复,探讨其适应症及临床疗效。方法利用铸造分裂桩核冠修复87颗经过完善根管治疗后大面积牙体缺损的磨牙,随访观察1~2年。结果观察1~2年后,本组病例有2例失败,修复成功率为97.7%。结论铸造分裂桩核冠使磨牙桩核冠抗力性,固位性均有提高。

Objectives The clinical repair of casting post core crown restoration of molar split large dental defects using objective, to explore the indications and clinical effect. Methods By using the method of casting pile nuclear crown repair split 87 after massivedestruction in molar root canal therapy, followed up for 1 - 2 years. Results Using this method to repair the molar tooth defeet with good clinical effect. Conclusions Casting division of pile nuclear crown the molar post core crown retention resistance, were imoroved.
