循证护理在预防老年髋部骨折患者肺部感染中的应用

Evidence-based nursing in the prevention of pulmonary infection in elderly hip fracture patients

目的探讨循证护理在预防老年髋部骨折并发肺部感染的临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年2月到2014年12月间的126例老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字法分为循证组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理,而循证组患者给予循证护理,观察两组的应用效果。结果循证组患者的肺部感染率和呼吸衰竭发生率分别为6.3%,1.6%;对照组患者的肺部感染率和呼吸衰竭发生率分别为17.5%,11.1%;循证组患者的肺部感染率和呼吸衰竭发生率均明显的低于对照组(P<0.05),统计学有意义;循证组患者护理满意度为95.2%,对照组患者护理满意度为79.4%,循证组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组患者护理满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对于老年髋部骨折护理中实施循证护理能够预防肺部感染,值得临床中应用与推广。

Objectives To investigate the effect of the application of evidence-based care in the prevention of hip fractures in elderly pulmonary infection in clinical care. Methods 126 cases in our hospital elderly hip fracture patients in February 2013 to December 2014 between the research object, will be divided into evidence-based group and the control group, the control group were treated with routine care in accordance with the method of random numbers, and Evidence-based group were treated with evidencebased care, observe the effect of the two groups. Results The prevalence of evidence-based group of patients with lung and respiratory failure rates were 6. 3% , 1.6% ; lung infection and the incidence of respiratory failure in patients in the control group was 17.5 % , 11.1% , respectively; evidence-based group of patients pulmonary infection and respiratory failure were significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, statistically significant ; evidence-based nursing satisfaction of patients was 95.2 % in the control group of patients was 79. 4% nursing satisihetion, evidence-based patients nursing satisfaction significantly higher satisfaction with patient care, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Clinical care for elderly hip fracture in im- plementing evidence-based care can prevent lung infections, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
