Method and Application of Concrete Maturity for Formwork Dismantling

依据混凝土成熟度的计算原理和标养条件下混凝土满足拆模时的强度,建立养护历程与混凝土的强度关系曲线,以期对同条件下混凝土的强度进行预测。实验证明,根据混凝土成熟度能够很好地预测混凝土满足拆模时的强度,能够为施工中模板拆除工作提供理论依据。

Based on the principle of concrete maturity and the standard curing strength ot tormwork msmantnng, tne curve showing the relationship between curing history and concrete strength can be established, which also can be used to predict the concrete strength in the atmosphere. The experiment showed that the concrete maturity could predict the con- crete strength quite well, and provide theoretical basis for formwork dismantling at the same time.
