摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对来自河北省57所特殊教育学校的75名体育教师进行了调查。调查结果表明:河北省特殊教育学校体育师资大多来自非体育专业,相对特殊学校体育教师职业的特殊要求,他们的知识结构存在重大缺陷,急待补充和完善,接近90%的被调查者对参加继续教育有着强烈的主观意愿和需求,但目前他们参加继续教育的次数少、频度低,继续教育内容缺乏针对性和有效性,效果差。
With the research methods of literature study, survey, interview and statistics, 75 teachers from 57 special education schools in Hebei Province have carried out investigations and analysis. The results show that: physical education teachers of the special education schools in Hebei Province are mostly from the non sports majors. Compared with special requirement of physical education teacher's occupation in special education schools, there are material weaknesses in their knowledge structure that are urgent to be complemented. Nearly 90% of respondents has a subjective will and strong de- mand to participate in further education. But at present they rarely participate in further education and contents lack of pertinence and effectiveness which has a poor effect.
