循环抗阻训练对非体育专业篮球选项班篮球技术教学影响的实验研究

摘要 为探讨循环抗阻训练对非体育专业篮球选项班篮球技术教学的影响,在某高校非体育专业篮球选项班中抽取男、女各20人,将学生按男女比例1∶1随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组进行为期9周的循环抗阻训练(每周三次),对照组保持正常生活不变,测试两组学生实验前、后1分钟仰卧起坐、1分钟俯卧挺身、1分钟摸高(20cm高度)、10米×4往返跑、闭眼单脚站立、(罚球)投篮命中率指标,对数据进行统计分析。经过9周的循环抗阻训练后,实验组与对照组比较发现,男子(罚球)投篮命中率数据发生了显著差异,其余指标均发生了非常显著的差异,说明9周的循环抗阻训练可以有效提高非体育专业篮球选项班学生的身体素质和投篮命中率。 The study investigated the effect of cycling resistance training for non basketball majors on Basketball Skill Teaching. The study chose 20 males and 20 females from non basketball majors in certain college, and then divided them into experimental group and control group at random with a male-to-female ratio 1 to 1. The experimental group had cy- cling resistance training for nine months( three times a week) while the control group led a normal life. Before and after the experiment the study tested the two groups' index of sit-ups in last one minute, prone to standing in one minute, high touching in one minute (20cm height), 10 m ~ 4 shuttle run, one leg standing with eyes dosed, (free-throw) shooting, collected and analyzed data statistically. After nine weeks of cycling resistance training, the study compared the experi- mental group and the control group, it was found a significant difference in man' (free-throw) shooting data, other indi- cators were very significant different. The nine-week cycling resistance training can improve the non-basketball majors' physical fitness and shooting rate.
