The Communist Youth League of China （CYLC） is politically designated to guarantee the quality and the leadership of its members, in order to help and support the development of the Communist Party of China. In the past 30 years since Reform ＆ Opening up, CYLC has kept strengthening the unity among its members, streamlining grassroots organizations, and weakening the negative energy amid the team. Learning from the experience and the education and management of CYLC members will shed light on the construction of the team.
