摘要 采用微波预组装和水热再结晶相结合的方法制备高性能抗菌/防紫外织物,对样品的组成、红外和紫外吸收性能进行表征.以金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作为实验菌株,采用抑菌环测试法研究紫外光照射和水洗后织物抗菌性能的变化特征.结果表明:组装纳米氧化锌的织物具有良好的紫外线屏蔽作用,对350-400nm波长的光波有较强的吸收能力.样品对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌性强于大肠杆菌,抑菌圈直径可达11.2mm,紫外灯照射后织物的抗菌活性明显增强,多次水洗后,抑菌活性几乎没有降低. An integrate method of microwave preassembling with hydrothermal recrystallizing is used to prepare samples of high-performance antibiotic and ultraviolet resistant fabrics and their composition and performance of infrared and ultraviolet absorption are characterized.Taking golden staphylococcus and colon bacillus as testing germ sapling,the variation feature of the antibiotic performance of the fabrics after washing and ultraviolet ray irradiation is investigated with bacteriostatic ring method.The result shows that the fabrics assembled with nano-Zno will have a fine function of ultraviolet screening and will also absorb the light wave with wavelength from 350 nm to 400 nm.The antibiotic performance of the fabric samples against the gold staphylococcus will be better than that against the colon bacillus and the diameter of bacteriostatic ring will reach 11.2 mm.In addition,antibiotic activity of the fabric will be enhanced remarkably after ultraviolet irradiation and its bacteriostatic activity will almost not lower.
