1600kN开式压力机机身结构分析与改进

摘要 1600k N开式压力机在使用过程中会出现角变形,从而影响模具寿命及工件精度。为此,在原机身结构上提出新的改进方案,以减小开式机身角变形,提高工件精度和模具使用寿命。采用Solid Works建模,结合有限元分析软件ANSYS,分析并比较了改进前后两种结构的变形、应力与应变,为减小开式压力机角变形的影响提供依据。 The angular distortion will be appeared in the operation process of 1600kN open front press. Angular deformation will decrease the service life of die and precision of the workpieee. In order to improve the precision of the workpiece and the service life of die, the angle deformation of the open frame should be minimized. Therefore, a new improved structure has been presented on the basis of the original structure for the frame of 1600kN open front press. By use of the software of ANSYS and Solidworks, the deformation and stress & strain of two kinds of structure have heen analyzed and compared, which can provide reference for reducing the impact of the angle deformation to the open front press.
