摘要
三维数控气动左右弯管机以伺服电机为动力源,气缸行程磁性开关为检测器件,摆臂、主轴和气缸为执行器件,对管件施加夹紧力和抽芯力;利用伺服电机驱动的送料小车,可进行不同长度送料,既能进行平面弯管,又能进行三维空间弯管;在同一台机器上,使用一个机头、一个摆臂、一个靠模部件的情况下,通过对靠模机构的巧妙设计,对摆臂部件的灵活运用,使其既能进行左弯,又能进行右弯。与其他数控左右弯管机相比较,该机结构比较简单,性价比高,设备的柔性和自动化程度高。
The 3D CNC pneumatic left-right bending machine for pipe exerts clamping and core-pulling force by using servo motor as power source, cylinder stroke magnetic switch as detection device, arm, spindle and cylinder as the implementation of devices. The feeding car driven by servo motor can realize different feeding distance, fiat bending and three-dimensional bending. On the same machine, the left-right bending process can be achieved by use of one machine head, one flexible arm, and one profiling component. Comparing with other CNC left-right bending machine, this machine is relatively simple in structure and cost-effective with high degree of flexibility and automation.
