摘要
本文采用PRO/E软件对特大型水平下调三辊卷板机底座进行建模,将三维模型导入ANSYS有限元分析软件,对底座进行受力分析和加载模拟,得到底座应力、应变模拟结果,根据模拟结果对底座进行优化设计,从而提高特大型卷板机设备的可靠性和降低其生产制造成本。
The base of oversize horizontal bottom rolls adjustable three-roll bending machine has been established in the text by use of PRO/E software. The stress analysis and loading simulation have been conducted to the base by leading three-dimensional model into finite element analysis software ANSYS. The optimized design has been carried out to the base as per the simulation result. Thus in this way, the reliability of oversize bending machine has been improved and the production cost has been reduced.
