摘要 针对目前广泛应用的基于工控机与PLC开发的卷板机数控系统的改造和更新,设计一套基于ARM处理器和CPLD为控制核心的嵌入式卷板机数控系统,介绍该数控系统的各种硬件接口设计及数控系统软件的开发。该数控系统可灵活搭配硬件接口模块、运行嵌入式Linux操作系统、拥有良好的基于Qt设计的人机交互界面,为卷板机数控系统开发提供了一种解决方案。 Aiming at the reform and renewal of widely used CNC system of plate bending machine based on industrial control computer and PLC, an embedded CNC system based on ARM processor and CPLD has been designed. The design of hardware interfaces and software development of the CNC system have been mainly introduced in the detail. The embedded CNC system can flexibly match hardware interface modules. It has embedded Linux operating system and with good human-computer interaction interface designed by Qt, which provides a solution for the development of CNC system for plate bending machine.
