P91钢制厚壁管坯冲孔力影响因素研究

摘要 冲孔制管坯是P91钢制厚壁管热挤压生产的主要变形工序。以某规格为外径535mm,内径250mm,长度1900mm的P91厚壁管坯为对象,利用Forge软件平台对其冲孔过程进行了数值模拟,得到了坯料初始温度、模具预热温度、润滑条件、热交换条件和冲孔速度对冲孔力大小的影响规律,确定P91钢具有较窄的成形温度范围,实际生产中,应尽量保证较高的成形温度,如采用较高的坯料初始温度和模具预热温度,减弱坯料与模具之间的热交换效应,并利用较好的润滑条件,同时尽可能提高冲孔速度,以降低最大冲孔力,实现降本增效。 The punching process for tube blank is the main deformation procedure of hot extrusion production for P91 steel thick wall tube. Taking P91 steel thick wall tube with 535mm outer diameter, 250mm inner diameter and 1900mm length as an object, the numerical simulation has been carried out to its punching process by use of Forge software. The influence law of blank initial temperature, die preheating temperature, lubrication condition, heat exchange condition and punching speed to the punching force has been obtained. It is confirmed that the P91 steel has narrow forming temperature range, so the higher forming temperature like blank initial temperature and die preheating temperature should be ensured in the actual production, which can reduce the heat exchange effects between blank and die. By use of good lubrication condition, higher punching speed and less punching force, the cost has been reduced and the efficiency has been improved.
