摘要
本文以钣金折弯件为研究对象,提出了一种以知识库为基础,以推理机为核心来获取弯曲件折弯工序的方法。采用面向对象技术表示实例,创建了实例知识库。利用基于案例的推理(CBR)方法获取目标零件的折弯工序。该方法能够充分利用实例加工知识,减少了试折弯次数,从而提高了折弯工艺知识的利用率和折弯件的加工效率。
Taking sheet metal bending parts as the research object, the bending sequence has been obtained on the basis of knowledge database by use of reasoning engine as the core. The object-oriented technology has been adopted to describe the cases and a process knowledge database of cases has been created. The bending process of the target part has been obtained by use of case-based reasoning (CBR) method. This method can fully utilize the knowledge of case bending process and reduce the number of bending test. Thus in this way, the utilization rate of knowledge and machining efficiency of bending parts have been improved.
