摘要
机油滤清器端部法兰等组成构件的成形质量对其使用寿命和工作可靠性起着重要作用。为了预测控制法兰零件冲压成形工艺,本文采用有限元数值模拟方法研究机油滤清器端部法兰多道次冲压成形工艺。基于Deform-3D软件环境建立了机油滤清器法兰零件多道次冲压成形过程的有限元模型,实现包括拉深、材料断裂、翻边等成形过程的数值模拟。通过零件几何形状的比较验证了所建立的有限元模型对法兰零件冲压成形过程的模拟是可靠的。运用该模型对法兰多道次冲压成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了成形过程的载荷变化、模具和坯料接触情况、零件几何形状演化等,结果表明所制定的成形工艺能够成形合格零件。
The multi-pass stamping forming process of flange part for oil filter has been studied in the text by use of finite element numerical simulation. Based on DFEORM-3D soft environment, a finite element model of multi-pass stamping forming process for flange part has been developed, which can simulate the drawing, material fracturing and flanging process for manufacturing flange of oil filter. Then the reliability of the finite element model has been validated with respect to geometry of part. The numerical simulation has been carried out to the multi-pass stamping forming process of flange part by use of this model. The change of forming load, contact conditions between dies and blank, and evolution of geometry in the forming process have been analyzed. The results show that the determined forming process is able to manufacture acceptable part.
