热处理对变形AZ80镁合金组织和硬度的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了变形AZ80镁合金在不同热处理条件下组织和硬度变化。结果表明:镁合金在150~250℃退火时,晶粒先增大后减小,最终晶粒细小且均匀;但保温时间较长,退火温度为300~350℃时,晶粒尺寸比较稳定;在400℃退火处理后,短时间内晶粒立即出现异常长大现象,晶粒粗大且不均匀,合金性能较差。退火处理的最佳温度为280~350℃。热处理温度对AZ80镁合金的硬度值有显著影响,但退火处理时间的影响却不明显。 The change of micro-structure and hardness of AZ80 Mg ahoy under different heat treatment conditions during metalforming process has been studied. The results show that the grain size firstly increases and then decreases, and finally become fine and homogeneous when the annealing temperature range of AZ80 is 150~ 250℃ but with long heat holding time. However, the grain size is stable when the annealing temperature range is 300~350℃. After annealing treatment at 400℃, the grain increases abnormally in a short time, and the size is rough big and uneven with poor alloy property. The best annealing temperature range is 280 ~350℃. The annealing temperature has significant effect on hardness of AZ80, however, the time of annealing has no obvious effect.
