摘要
目的:了解高校编外辅导员离职倾向的影响因素。方法:基于对江苏五所高校的编外辅导员的问卷调查,通过GM(1,N)建模,对影响编外辅导员离职倾向的影响因素进行灰色关联分析。结果:各影响因素的驱动系数极性均为正,且自我发展(1.0638)、经济报酬(0.8754)和工作环境(0.3433)的驱动系数较大。结论:影响编外辅导员离职倾向的三个关键性影响因素:自我发展、经济报酬和工作环境。
Objectiv e:To understand the influencing factors of turnover tendency of college supernu -merary instructor.Methods:Grey relational analysis was carried out based on the questionnaire of super -numerary instructor of 5 colleges in Jiangsu Province.The influencing factors of turnover tendency of col-lege supernumerary instructor were researched by GM(1,N).Results:All the driving coefficients were positive.The driving coefficients of personal development,financial reward and working environment were great,and they were 1.0638,0.8754 and 0.3433 respectively.Conclusion:Personal development,finan-cial reward and working environment are the key influencing factors of turnover tendency of college super-numerary instructor.
