一般自我效能感在感戴、生活满意度间的中介效应

General Self- efficacy Mediator Effect of Gratitude and Life Satisfaction

目的:探察独立学院大学生感戴、一般自我效能感与生活满意度的关系。方法:采用感戴问卷、一般自我效能感问卷、青少年生活满意度问卷对382名被试进行测试。结果:1不同性别、年级学生的感戴(性别t=-2.98,P<0.01;年级F=4.92,P<0.01)、一般自我效能感(性别t=2.32,P<0.05;年级F=4.78,P<0.01)、生活满意度(性别t=-2.57,P<0.05;年级F=9.54,P<0.001)均存在显著差异;2感戴、一般自我效能感与生活满意度及其6个维度均呈显著正相关;3感戴通过一般自我效能感的中介作用影响生活满意度。结论:独立学院大学生感戴、一般自我效能感、生活满意度存在性别和年级差异,一般自我效能感在感戴与生活满意度关系中具有部分中介效应。

Objective： To research the relationship among gratitude, general self -efficacy and life satisfaction.Methods：382 participants were measured with gratitude scale, general self -efficacy scale and adolescent students＇life satisfaction scale.Results：①There were significant discrepancies between different gender,grade in gratitude,general self-efficacy and life satisfaction.②Total score of gratitude and general self-efficacy were related to life satisfaction and it＇s 6 factors.③General self-efficacy was a mediator factor between gratitude and life satisfaction.Conclusion：College students＇gratitude,general self-efficacy and life satisfaction have gender difference and grade difference;General self-efficacy partial-ly mediates the relationship between gratitude and life satisfaction.
