摘要
目的:探讨大学生内隐、外显自尊状况与社交焦虑的关系,为大学生心理健康辅导提供理论依据。方法:选择新乡医学院在校大学生67名,对其施测内隐联想测验(IAT),测评其内隐自尊水平;并分别采用Leary交往焦虑量表(IAS)、Rosenberg自尊量表(SES)评价大学生社交焦虑水平和外显自尊水平。结果:筛选出有效被试58名,有效率为86.6%。大学生外显自尊与社交焦虑水平存在显著的负相关(r=-0.427,P<0.01),内隐自尊与社交焦虑无显著相关,内隐自尊与外显自尊的分离程度(ZIAT-ZSES)与社交焦虑水平之间有显著正相关(r=0.375,P<0.01)。结论:大学生内隐自尊与外显自尊的分离程度对社交焦虑有重要影响,外显自尊对社交焦虑有缓冲作用。可以通过提高大学生外显自尊水平对社交焦虑进行干预。
Objective:To study the relationship among implicit self-esteem,explicit self-esteem and social anxiety of university students and provide theoretical basis for guidance to the university students&#39;mental health.Methods:67 students were selected from Xinxiang Medical University,and Implicit Associ-ation Test(IAT),Leary&#39;Interaction Anxiousness Scale(IAS) and Rosenberg&#39;s Self-Esteem Scale(SES) were used to evaluate the levels of implicit self-esteem,social anxiety and explicit self-esteem respec-tively in university students.Results:58 subjects were qualified with an effective rate of 86.6%.Implicit self-esteem has no remarkable correlation social anxiety ,and the results indicated an negative correlation between explicit self-esteem and social anxiety(r=﹣0.427,P〈0.01)and an positive correlation be-tween the separation of explicit and implicit self-esteem and social anxiety(r=0.375,P〈0.01).Con-clusion:The separation of explicit and implicit self-esteem( ZIAT-ZSES) shows important influence on social anxiety and the explicit self-esteem can alleviate social anxiety.The social anxiety can be inter-vened by improving the explicit self-esteem.
