摘要
目的:观察团体心理干预在治疗伴有情绪障碍的ⅢB型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例伴有情绪障碍的ⅢB型前列腺炎患者随机分为3组。对照组30例采用2011年泌尿外科指南推荐治疗方法,治疗1组30例采用指南推荐治疗联合健康教育,治疗2组30例采用指南推荐治疗联合团体心理干预,治疗期间各组患者每周按照美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)进行评分,比较分析不同组间患者治疗期间8次NIH-CPSI评分变化情况。结果:治疗后3组患者的前列腺炎症状均有不同程度的改善,治疗2组改善程度优于对照组和治疗1组(t=8.212,P<0.001;t=2.876,P<0.05)。结论:药物治疗联合团体心理干预是治疗伴有情绪障碍的ⅢB型前列腺炎的有效方法。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the drug combined with psychological interven-tion in the treatment ofⅢB type prostatitis with mood disorders.Methods：90 patients who hadⅢB type prostatitis with mood disorders were randomly divided into three groups.30 patients in the control group were treated by recommend treatment in the urology guide of 2011 ,30 patients in the treatment group 1 were treated by recommend treatment combined with health education,30 patients in the treatment group 2 were treated by recommend treatment with professional psychological therapy,the NIH -CPSI score of each group was made every week during the period of treatment and the change of NIH -CPSI score was compared.Results： The degree of improvement in treatment group 2 was better than those in control group and treatment group 1（t=8.212,2.876;P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Drug treatment combined psy -chological intervention is an effective method in treatingⅢB type prostatitis with mood disorders.
