摘要
目的:分析不同年级军校学员的人格类型变化,为教育管理者有效辨识不同阶段的教育对象、提高教学水平提供依据。方法:应用MBTI量表,调查某军校所有在校学员的个性类型。结果:1在4个维度中,不同年级学员内外向和思考情感维度的百分比没有差异(P>0.05),而感觉直觉维度、判断感知维度有统计学差异(χ2=9.601,14.606;P=0.022,0.002);2在16种人格类型中,ESTJ、ESFJ、ENTP、ENFJ、ISTJ、ISFJ和INFJ的比例在4个年级中有差异(χ2=15.757,23.788,11.074,21.814,23.774,15.791,11.627;P均<0.05);3在8种偏好中,不同年级学员的内向I、感觉S、直觉N、判断J、感知P的标准化分数有差异(F=3.209,7.896,9.106,4.067,7.265;P均<0.05)。结论:不同年级军校学员个性类型不同,在校期间是大学生人格不断完善的时期;教育管理者要针对不同的个性特点,科学辨识教育对象,提高教育水平。
Objective:To analyze the varies of personality type of military college students among dif-ferent grades to put preference for education administrators to effectively identify students in different sta-ges and advance teaching levels.Methods:Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator,we surveyed all un-dergraduates on campus of a military college.Results:①In the 4 dimensions,it showed statistical signifi-cance in the percentages comparison neither in E-I nor in T-F dimension among different grades(χ2 =1.113,2.806;P=0.774,0.423),while the comparisons of S-N and J-P dimensions were on the con-trary(χ2 =9.601,14.606;P=0.022,0.002).②In the 16 personality types,it showed statistical signifi-cances among different grades in ESTJ,ESFJ,ENTP,ENFJ,ISTJ,ISFJ and INFJ(χ2 =15.757,23.788, 11.074,21.814,23.774,15.791,11.627;P〈0.05).③In the 8 preferences,it showed statistical signif-icances among different grades in I,S,N,J and P comparisons of standardized scores(F=3.209,7.896, 9.106,4.067,7.265;P〈0.05).Conclusion:There are differences in the personality of military college students among different grades,and the undergraduates on campus is still perfecting their own personali-ties.The educational administrators should scientifically recognize the traits of students'personality and develop education quality.
