美国“改革式”教师集体谈判的制度特征及现实启示

A Research on Institutional Features of Collective Bargaining among Teachers in the United States and Its Inspirations

摘要 "改革式"教师集体谈判是20世纪80年代以来在全美范围内兴起的一种新型谈判模式。它从构建新型教师评估模式、调整薪资分配方式、协调教师与管理者关系三个方面入手变革传统工业谈判模式,使教师集体谈判呈现出专业化、合作化、民主化的特征与发展走向。在推进我国教育民主化发展的进程中,美国"改革式"教师集体谈判的实践经验可资借鉴。 Reform Collective Bargaining among Teachers has sprung up in the United States since the 1980s. It aims to transform traditional patterns of collective bargaining in three aspects : constructing a new teacher evaluation pattern, adjusting the previous mode of salary distribution, and coordinating the relationship between teachers and administrators, which shows collaborative, tion democratization in China, the practical experience professional and democratic trends. In promoting educagained in the process of adjustment and transformation is worthy of deep thinking and reference.
