教育主体的变革:国外“数字一代学习者”研究述评 被引量:10

Learner is Changing:Review of Research on Digital Generation of Learners

摘要 随着网络和数字技术的发展和普及,当今的年轻一代学生是在数字和网络环境下成长起来的,常被称为"数字一代"。国外有研究者指出"数字一代学习者"具有和上一代学习者不同的学习特征,他们偏好技术,喜欢交互,爱好分享,擅长多种任务等;然而也有研究者认为"数字一代学习者"在使用技术的方式和偏好上存在很大的差异,以年龄来区分过于武断,呼吁更多的实证研究。在综述了有关"数字一代学习者"的文献和相关实证研究之后,作者发现当前关于"数字一代学习者"的争论其实可以解释为宏观研究取向和微观研究取向的差异。基于国际的相关研究,作者提出"数字一代学习者"应该成为一个重要的研究方向,同时提出了"数字一代学习者"的界定标准,并指出未来研究的五个重点方向。 With the development and universal of network and digital technology, young generation of learners grow up in digital technology and network environment, who are always called "digital generation of learners". Some researchers point out that technology has important effects on new generation of learners in their thinking habits and behavior patterns, who are technology savvy, prefer collaboration and sharing, and are good at multitasks. Some other researchers argue that there exists a big difference in contemporary students' using technology and its preference, and they appeal more empirical research. Based on the review of relevant literature and empirical research, the author finds that the current debate on a new generation of learners is just macroscop- ic and microscopic description differences, and calls for more empirical research from both macro and micro aspects. Based on the research, the author points out that the digital generation of learners should become an important research area, and the digital generation of learners can be defined by the total time and frequency that they use technology. In the end, the author also points out the five research directions of the research on digital generation of learners.
