布置有真空绝热板的船用冷藏集装箱侧壁模型隔热性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 内嵌真空绝热板的冷藏集装箱侧壁的隔热性能受布置工艺的影响较大,利用ANSYS软件,建立冷藏集装箱侧壁的仿真模型,制作布置有9块真空绝热板的侧壁实体,并测得其平均导热系数。结果表明,采用真空绝热板的块数越少,真空绝热板的边界热桥越短,其隔热效果越好;另外,在加强筋附近,应避免真空绝热板的拼接布置。 The insulation performance of marine refrigerated container's sidewall embedded with vacuum insulation panels is impacted greatly by the process of layout. Using ANSYS software, simulation models of sidewall furnished with vacuum insulation panels are established. A prototype of sidewall with 9 vacuum insulation panels is made, and its average thermal conductivity is measured. The results show that the boundary thermal bridge is shorter and therefore the insulation effect is better when fewer vacuum insulation panels are used. Moreover, the vacuum insulation panels should not be joined together near the stiffeners.
