双指标正交实验结合超高效液相色谱测定优选胆木提取工艺 被引量:4

Optimization of the Extraction Technology of Danmu by Synthetic Weighted Mark Method

摘要 目的优选胆木的最佳回流提取工艺。方法采用L9(3)4正交试验设计法,考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数4个因素的影响,用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)进行含量测定,以异长春花苷内酰胺和短小舌根草苷的含量为指标,加权评分,优选胆木的最佳回流提取条件。结果 UPLC方法学和正交试验结果表明,乙醇浓度在80%,用20倍料液比提取,每次提取1 h,提取3次,为胆木的最佳提取工艺。结论优选出的方法结果可靠、稳定可行,为胆木的进一步开发利用提供参考。 Objective To study the optimum extraction process of Nauclea officinalis. Methods The influencing factors such as the concentration of ethanol,extraction solvent ratio,extraction time and extraction times were optimized by orthogonal L9( 3)4design experiment to screen out the best extraction conditions and the content of pumiloside and strictosamide were selected as quality index. Results The optimal procedure was set as follows: the concentration of ethanol is 80%; the extraction solvent ratio is 20times; the extraction time is 1 hour; the extraction times is 3. Conclusion The technology is reasonable,stable and viable.
