干旱胁迫对银柴胡药材活性成分含量的影响研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的研究干旱胁迫对银柴胡药材中活性成分含量的影响,以明确干旱胁迫对银柴胡药材质量的影响效应。方法通过盆栽控水试验设置土壤饱和含水量的90%-100%、80%-90%、60%-70%、40%-50%和20%-30%5个水平栽培银柴胡,利用紫外分光光度法对银柴胡药材中总黄酮和总皂苷的含量进行测定。结果随着土壤含水量的降低,银柴胡药材中总黄酮含量逐渐升高,40%-50%和20%-30%处理与充分供水处理差异显著,分别提高了15.34%和20.54%;随着土壤含水量的降低,总皂苷含量呈现出先升高后降低的趋势,80%-90%、60%-70%、40%-50%和20%-30%处理分别较充分供水处理提高了38.08%、34.26%、60.08%和15.87%,差异均达到显著水平。结论干旱胁迫显著提高银柴胡药材中总黄酮和总皂苷的含量,当土壤含水量为40%-50%时,银柴胡药材总黄酮和总皂苷含量均较高,40%-50%供水条件下有利于银柴胡药材质量提高。 Objective To study the effect of drought stress on content of effective components in Radix Stellaria dichotoma. Methods A pot experiment was conducted to study effect of drought stress on effective components of Radix Stellaria dichotoma. The content of total flavone and total saponin in S. dichotoma was determined using ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The result showed that the content of total flavone in S. dichotoma increased with decrease in soil water content. Compared to 90% - 100%treatment,the content of total flavone was significanltly increased by 15. 34% and 20. 54% under 40% - 50% and 20% - 30%treatments respectively. The result also showed that with the decrease of soil water content,the content of total saponin in S. dichotoma increased then decrease. Conclusion Compared to 90% - 100% treatment,the content of total saponin was significantly increased by 38. 08%,34. 26%,60. 08% and 15. 87% under 80% - 90%,60% - 70%,40% - 50% and 20% - 30% respectively.
