摘要
【目的】探讨稻水象甲(Lissorbqptrus oryphilus Kuschel)在新疆荒漠绿洲稻区特殊生态环境下的空间分布型格局及田间抽样技术,为准确抽样调查和有效防治提供依据。【方法】采用聚集度指标、Taylor幂法则以及Iwao m*-m回归分析法,研究稻水象甲成虫在稻田的空间分布型及抽样技术。【结果】聚集度指标和Taylor幂法则分析表明,该虫在田间初期呈随机分布,随后呈负二项的聚集分布,分布型变化与其生活习性和在不同阶段成虫时空分布环境差异所致。Iwao m*-m回归分析表明,稻水象甲分布的基本成分是单个个体,其最适理论抽样数公式为N=0.886/m+0.415 5)(1.96/D)2,最佳序贯抽样模型为T0(n)=0.73n±0.93槡n。【结论】稻水象甲成虫在新疆荒漠绿洲稻区稻田危害初期呈随机分布,随后呈负二项的聚集分布,且具有密度依赖性,即密度值越高,其聚集度越高。
【Objective】To study the spatial distribution pattern and sampling techniques of rice water weevil,Lissorbqptrus oryphilus Kuschel under the special ecological environment in Xinjiang desert oasis in order to provide a basis for accurate sampling and effective management for this key foreign harmful pests in Xinjiang.【Method】Spatial distribution patterns and sampling techniques of the adult of rice water weevil,Lissorbqptrus oryphilus Kuschel in rice fields were studied by using gather index inspection,Taylor's power law andIwao's regression method.【Result】Gathered indexes in section and Taylor's power law indicated that adults in the rice field were randomly distributed in early period,and then fitted the negative binomial aggregation distribution pattern in other periods. The population aggregation was mainly caused by environmental heterogeneity.Iwao's regression method indicated that the basic components of the distribution of Lissorbqptrus oryzqphilus Kuschel were single individuals. The optimal and sequential sampling numbers were determined by Iwao's m*- m regression equation. The optimum theoretical sampling model was N = 0. 886 / m + 0. 415 5)( 1. 96 / D)2and the optimum sequential sampling model T0( n) = 0. 73 n ± 0. 93 were proposed.【Conclusion】The adults of rice water weevil,Lissorbqptrus oryphilus Kuschel under the special ecological environment in Xinjiang desert oasis were randomly distributed in early period and then fitted the negative binomial aggregation distribution pattern in other periods. It had the high dependence with the density of population of Lissorbqptrus oryphilus Kuschel,that was,the higher concentration,the higher value of the density.
