摘要 【目的】研究塔里木河流域多浪水库鲤的年龄与生长。【方法】2012-2013年通过对塔里木河流域多浪水库鲤的采样观察,运用传统生物学测量方法鉴定年龄,分析其生长特征。【结果】塔里木河流域多浪水库的鲤,年龄均值为3.80±1.384+,年龄结构不符合正太分布,优势年龄个体5+;体长和体重相关方程为:W=0.179 8L2.462 7(R2=0.917 9);体长和体高的关系式为:L=0.284 4H+0.190 4(R2=0.957 5);体长和鳞径直线相关方程为:L=12.543R-81.717 2(R2=0.852 0);体长和鳞径幂指数相关方程为:L=0.018 4R3.3369(R2=0.912 6);多浪水库鲤的渐进体长L∞=96.54 cm,生产系数k=0.015,W∞=13 884.44 g,t0=-1.854 0;种群总体(n=25)体长和体重生长方程为:Lt=96.54(1e0.015(t+1.854 0)),Wt=13 884.44(1e0.015(t+1.854 0))2.462 7。种群总体丰满度:K=2.851 8±0.210 8。【结论】多浪水库鲤,异速生长,适应性较强,生长性状不稳定,在种群动态和渔业生态平衡,起到了一定的作用。 【Objective】To research the age and growth of Cyprinus carpio Linnaes in Tarim River basin from Duolang reservoir. 【Method】From 2012 to 2013,we collected samples of Cyprinus carpio Linnaes and used traditional measurement methods to identify biological age and analyze its growth characteristics. 【Result】The average age of Cyprinus carpio Linnaes was 3. 80 ± 1. 384+,the structure of which was not rightly distributed; The individual superior age was 5+; Length and weight relationship was: W = 0. 1798L2. 4627( R2=0. 917 9); Length and height relationship was: L = 0. 284 4H + 0. 190 4( R2= 0. 957 5); Length and the radius relationship was: L = 12. 543R- 81. 717 2( R2= 0. 8520) : Length and the radius of the scalesis relation-ship: L = 0. 018 4R3. 3369( R2= 0. 912 6). Progressive length L∞ = 96. 54 cm,the coefficient of growth k = 0.015,W∞ = 13,884. 44 g,t0=- 1. 854,0; The population( n = 25) of progressive length and weight growth relationship: Lt= 96. 54( 1- e- 0. 015( t + 1. 8540)),Wt= 13,884. 44( 1- e- 0. 015( t + 1. 8540))2. 4627. The population of fullness: K = 2. 8518 ± 0. 2108. 【Conclusion】Cyprinus carpio Linnaes had strong adaptability with instable growth traits,but it played a role in population dynamics and fisheries ecological balance.
