经尿道等离子前列腺电切术和剜除术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效比较

The clinical curative effect contrast of BPH by transurethral plasma cutting operation of prostate and transurethral plasma prostate tear in addition to surgery

目的:对比观察经尿道等离子前列腺电切术和前列腺剜除术治疗前列腺增生的临床治疗效果差异。方法:选取前列腺增生患者68例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各34例。对照组使用经尿道等离子前列腺电切术进行治疗,观察组使用经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术进行治疗,观察两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、前列腺切除量、尿管停留时间,并且对患者的生活质量进行评分,比较两组患者治疗的总有效率。结果:经过治疗后,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为79.41%;观察组患者治疗的总有效率为97.06%,P<0.05,具有明显差异。手术时间、术中出血量、前列腺切除量、尿管停留时间和生活质量评分情况方面,观察组的优势明显。结论:经尿道等离子前列腺电切术和前列腺剜除术都能够起到治疗的效果,但是经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术的效果更佳,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To contrast clinical curative effect contrast of BPH by transurethral plasma cutting operation of prostate and transurethral plasma prostate tear in addition to surgery. Method The 68 cases BPH patients were selected,which was to be divided control group and detection group,each group was 34 cases. The control group were transurethral plasma cutting operation of prostate,the detection group were transurethral plasma prostate tear in addition to surgery,the operation time、comparison、prostate removal、the time duration of the ureter of two group were detected,which was the patient＇s quality of life scores,the curative effect contrast of two groups were contrasted. Result After treatment,patient＇s quality of life scores,total effective rate of control group was 79. 41%;detection group was 79. 41%,P〈0. 05,which was significant sexual differences and statistical significance. The operation time、Intraoperative blood loss、prostate removal、the time duration of the ureter and life quality score,advantage of observation group of patients with more obvious. Conclusion The the effect of the treatment of transurethral plasma cutting operation of prostate and transurethral plasma prostate tear in addition to surgery are good,but transurethral plasma prostate tear in addition to surgery is obviously,which is to be used.
