中药内服配合泡足对39例血透患者血透超滤的影响

The correlation between Hemodialysis and the effect of Chinese medicine

目的:研究血透患者中药内服并泡足和血透超滤间的相关性。方法:选取78例血液透析患者,根据数字随机分组原则,将患者分为对照组、观察组各39例。对照组采用常规血液透析方案治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予中药内服并泡足治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果与治疗前后血浆指标变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为87.18%,对照组治疗总有效率为53.85%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的血浆指标改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服合并泡足的应用可减少血透患者的血透超滤量,促进血透充分性的提升,使血液环境稳定性增强,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Chinese Herbs study in hemodialysis patients and soak correlation between foot and hemodialysis ultrafiltration. Methods Select 78 cases of hemodialysis patients in our hospital. According to the principle of digital randomized divided the patients into two groups,each group of 39 cases. Control group using conventional hemodialysis therapy,observation group in the control group given on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine and bubble foot treatment,compared two groups of patients before and after the treatment effect and the plasma index changes. Results The total effective rate was 87. 18% to observe the treatment group and control group total effective rate was 53. 85%,Efficient observation treatment group was better than control group,compared with statistical significance（ P 0. 05）; After treatment,plasma index to improve the situation of observation group was obviously better than the control group,compared with statistical significance（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Medicines are combined application of bubble foot can reduce the magnitude of the hemodialysis ultrafiltration hemodialysis patients,promote the ascension of hemodialysis adequacy,make blood environment stability enhancement,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
