柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗早泄疗效观察

目的:观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗早泄的临床疗效。方法:70例随机分为观察组40例和对照组30例,两组均予盐酸舍曲林片治疗,观察组联合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减。持续用药4周、随访4周,观察并统计患者射精潜伏期、夫妻双方性交满意度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果:治疗结束及随访结束时,观察组射精潜伏期均明显长于对照组,夫妻双方性交满意度均高于对照组,SAS评分明显均明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合盐酸舍曲林片治疗早泄效果显著。

Objective ： To study the clinical effect of Chaihu Longgu Oyster soup combined with Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of premature ejaculation.Methods： 70 cases of premature ejaculation patients were selected as the research object, who were randomLy divided into the observation group （ 40 cases ） and the control group （ 30 cases ） .All patients got Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets as the basic treatment, while the observation group got Chaihu Longgu Oyster soup addition and subtraction as a combination.Treatment in both groups lasted for 4 weeks, the a 4-weeks follow-up were applied, in order to record the ejaculatory latency of patients, sexual satisfaction of both husbands and wives, and the self-rating Anxiety Scale （ SAS ） score of patients.Results ： After treatment, as well as at the end of follow-up, the ejaculatory latency of patients in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group, the sexual satisfaction of both husbands and wives in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group, the SAS score of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group.The differences above were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Chaihu Longgu Oyster soup combined with Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets has significant effect in the treatment of premature ejaculation.h is worthy of promotion.
