摘要
研究了两种陶粒TL1和TL2的体积取代率对C60自密实混凝土的工作性能、力学性能、自收缩的影响。结果表明:陶粒的体积取代率增加,C60自密实混凝土的工作性能降低,陶粒的体积取代率在20%以内时,对工作性能影响不明显;随着陶粒的体积取代率增加,同条件养护的C60自密实混凝土的轴心抗压强度先增大后降低,当陶粒TL1和陶粒TL2预湿24 h,体积取代率分别为20%和30%时,C60自密实混凝土的轴心抗压强最高,400 h自收缩分别降低了66%和57%,100 h内无自收缩。
The influence of two kinds of ceramsite TL1 and TL2 volume replacement ratio on the working performance,mechanical properties and autogenous shrinkage of the C60 self- compacting concrete were studied.The experimental results show that with the increasing of ceramsite volume replacement ratio the working performance of the C60 self- compacting concrete decreased,the volume replacement ratio within 20%the influence on working performance was not obvious;With the increasing of ceramsite volume replacement ratio the axial compressive strength of the C60 self- compacting concrete increased after the lower on the on the same curing condition.When the ceramsite TL1 and ceramsite TL2 were prewetting 24 hours,and the volume replacement ratio of them were 20%and30%respectively,the axial compressive strength of he C60 self- compacting concrete was highest,autogenous shrinkage in 400 hours was reduced by 66%and 57%respectively,no autogenous shrinkage in the 100 hours.
