摘要
重点从物理强化和化学强化两个方向来对比研究强化技术对再生粗骨料品质的提升情况。通过对不同强化处理得到的再生粗骨料进行吸水率、表观密度、压碎指标、体积密度、坚固性等基本性能的研究,评定出再生粗骨料的类别。研究表明使用颗粒整形设备对破碎好的再生粗骨料进行二次处理,实现了对再生粗骨料的多次强化,使其达到国家I类骨料的标准,其表观密度达到2575 kg/m^3,空隙率为45%,24h吸水率为1.2%,压碎指标值为9%,各项性能参数接近于天然骨料。经过化学强化不同处理方式后再生粗骨料的各项性能参数也有一定的改善,其中采用浸渍处理要优于喷淋处理,强化处理48 h的效果更为明显。
It made comparative studies of different strengthen technologies to improve the quality of the recycled coarse aggregate and the strengthen technologies include two directions of physical strengthening and chemical strengthening.Based on the different strengthening processing of recycled coarse aggregate about water absorption,apparent density,crush index,bulk density,consistence and other basic research evaluate the category the recycled coarse aggregate.The results show that using particle shaping equipment to make the secondary processing of recycled coarse aggregate which have broken to achieve the purpose of the recycled coarse aggregate of reinforcement for many times,making it reach the standard of the national I class in aggregate standards,and its apparent density is to2 575 kg/m-3,void fraction being 45%,24 h bibulous rate being 1.2%,crushing index being 9%,and their performance parameters is close to the natural aggregate's.Through chemical reinforcement of different treatments,the performance indicators of recycled coarse aggregate have some improvement the method of chemical impregnation being superior to chemical spray,and the effect of strengthen treatment for 48 h is more apparent.
