摘要
肿瘤-药物-基因语义关系的及时发现和获取,在肿瘤个体化用药中发挥着重要作用。本文收集并整合了肿瘤、药物和基因相关的科学文献数据,设计并实现了面向肿瘤个体化用药的文献挖掘系统CDG(Cancer-Drug-Gene Relationship Identification)。该系统可以从生物医学文献中自动识别肿瘤、药物和基因命名实体,进而提取出上述命名实体之间的语义关系,并且支持用户对多个命名实体的多种组合查询和查询结果的批量下载。
It is crucial to identify significant cancer-gene-drug relationships when applying personalized cancer treatment. In this paper, a systematic method was developed to recognize such relationships from scientific literature, consequently, a prototype system named as CDG (Cancer-Drug-Gene Relationship Identification) was developed. It enabled cancer, gene and drug named entity recognition, semantic relationship identification, intelligent retrieval, as well as retrieval result export for further analysis.
