摘要
动态系统观视域下的职前英语教师教育是语言知能、教学知能和实践知能等组块教育的动态生成过程。确立层第化教育目标、建立知能型教学团队、设置模块化课程体系、采用多样化教育方式、构建三维式评价体系是提升职前英语教师教育质量的有效路径。
A modular education model for pre- service English teachers,which is composed of three educational modules,linguistic knowledge and language skills,teaching knowledge and teaching skills,practice knowledge and practice skills,is a dynamic process,in which three modules are closely linked and interplaying. The following four strategies can push the modular education model for pre- service English teachers forward: setting a layer educational goal,building a knowledge and skill- oriented teaching team,constructing a modular curriculum system,adopting a diverse education mode,and building a three- dimensional evaluation system.
