摘要
高校学生管理中的法律纠纷成为影响学生、学校乃至社会稳定的重要因素,要预防和化解纠纷必须分析成因,解决高校和学生法律纠纷的根本途径是学生管理工作的法治化,即坚持依法治校,实现高校管理法制化;实现学生管理法治化,化解学校与学生法律纠纷;完善法律法规体系,依法规范学生管理制度;加强大学生法制教育,推进学生管理法治化进程。维护学校稳定,构建和谐校园。
The legal dispute in the management of university students has become an important factor affecting students,universities and even then social stability. It is necessary to analyze the causes for preventing and resolving disputes. The fundamental way to solve the legal disputes between universities and students is legalizing the student management work,i. e. managing university and education by law,and realizing the legalization of university management; achieving the legalization of student management to resolve legal disputes of universities and students; improving the legal system,and standardizing student management system by law; strengthening legal education for university students,and promoting the process of student management legalization. Therefore,the stability of the university can be maintained for the building of a harmonious campus.
