云南省新旧宗地编码转换方法——以曲靖市麒麟区中心城区为例

Methold of Old-to-New Code Conversion for Parcel in Yunnan: Taking Center Area in Qilin District,Qujing City as an Example

针对日常地籍管理、城镇二调中两种旧的宗地编码方式与新的宗地统一编码方式不同,导致宗地新旧代码转换难的问题,以曲靖市麒麟区中心城区为例,通过对新旧宗地编码体系的对比分析,采用街区街坊与地籍区地籍子区转换、宗地号转换的方式最终实现了宗地新旧代码的转换。

As the old coding methods of parcels of both in urban database of the second national land survey and in the usual cadastral management database are different from the new unified coding method of parcel, it is a difficult to convert the parcel codes from old to new. Taking center area in Qilin district, Qujing city as an example, comparing and analyzing the parcel coding system of both old and new, this paper introduced the parcel numbers conversion method from old to new by converting block, apartment block into cadastral area, cadastral subarea, and by using conversion of parcel numbers.
