摘要
业绩指标评价对企业实现战略目标至关重要,基于层次分析法对业绩指标体系进行逐层分解和细化,构建目标层、一级指标和二级指标组成的递阶层次模型.根据专家团初步确认的各指标权重值,进行两两比较判断矩阵、层次排序和一致性检验,最后以海螺水泥为研究对象得出指标的综合评价,并针对评价结果提出相应的对策.
Performance evaluation is of great importance for an enterprise to accomplish its strategic goals.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper decomposes and refines the performance index system,establishes the hierarchy model composed of object level,first-class target and second-class target.According to the weight of each evaluation index preliminarily confirmed by the expert panel,taking Anhui Conch Cement as the research object,the paper uses statistical methods of the judgment matrix for comparison between every two indexes,level rank order and consistency check to achieve the multi-index assessment.Finally,countermeasures were put forward according to the evaluation results.
