图书馆视角下的大规模开放在线课程版权问题研究

摘要 目前,国外大学图书馆为MOOCs提供版权服务呈现出学术研究渐趋活跃、扮演多元化的版权角色、突出版权教育的重要地位等特征。图书馆开展版权服务的经验包括：成立专门的版权服务机构、健全和落实版权政策、加强与版权中介管理组织的联系、积极融入MOOCs实践等。版权服务推动了MOOCs的发展,提升了图书馆的服务能力,丰富了图书馆管理版权的经验,为立法创新提供了依据。
