摘要
DAIKIN LXE10D、LXE10E冷藏箱制冷机组EV(电子膨胀阀)经常出现故障,导致冷藏箱制冷异常,甚至机组故障停机。本文介绍了EV的结构、工作原理,分析了此种EV设计存在的不足,给出了EV的故障诊断方法及处理措施。
EV（electronic expansion valve） trouble often occurs in DAIKIN LXE10 D and LXE10 E container refrigeration unit. This causes the temperature in container to be out of control, even shutdown of the refrigeration unit. According to the analysis of the structure and working principle of EV, the design defect lead to trouble is found. Diagnosis and disposal of EV trouble is provided.
