航海高职院校学生职业兴趣培育研究

Studies on Occupational Interest Cultivation of Students in Vocational Maritime Higher Institutions

本文从职业兴趣的内涵入手,分析了当前大学生在职业兴趣方面存在的问题及航海类大学生面临的特殊问题,进而从课堂教学、社团活动、建立校企合作的职业心理素养培育基地三个方面提出促进航海类大学生职业兴趣培育的建议。

This article sets out of the connotation of the occupational psycho qualifications, renders analysis on the problems in existence in the occupational qualifications and the special problems that face the undergraduates of maritime higher institution and puts forth suggestions on the cultivation of the occupational psycho qualifications of maritime students from the aspects of classroom teaching, association activities and establishment of psycho cultivation bases under institution-enterprise cooperation.
