2015年,中共中央印发了《关于进一步加强和改进新形势下高校宣传思想工作的意见》,强调指出加强和改进高校宣传思想工作是一项重大而紧迫的战略任务,而建立思想状况常态分析及应对机制,对我们准确把握当前大学生思想的脉搏,有针对性地开展大学生宣传思想工作具有重要意义。本文从大学生思想状况常态分析和应对机制建设的必要性入手,重点阐述了机制建设的主要途径,包括工作网络、运行流程、载体建设、长效机制建设等。

In 2015, the Central Committee of CPC issued the ＂Opinions on strengthening and improving the ideological work of higher institutions under the new situation＂ which pointed out that strengthening and improving the ideological propaganda work is a major and urgent strategic task.
