重庆市社区居民对社区卫生服务的情感倾向研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解重庆市社区居民对社区卫生服务的情感倾向,为社区卫生服务的发展提供参考。方法抽取重庆市9个主城区的社区居民450人为调查对象,于2013年12月—2014年2月采用自制调查问卷进行调查,调查内容主要为居民的一般情况,对社区卫生服务的知晓、利用情况和总体态度,对社区卫生服务的情感倾向三个方面。结果共发放问卷450份,回收有效问卷402份,问卷的有效回收率为89.3%。知晓社区卫生服务的有346人,知晓率为86.1%;知晓且利用过社区卫生服务的有216人,利用率为53.7%。346名知晓社区卫生服务的居民对社区卫生服务的总体态度评分为(2.67±0.78)分。在居民对"医护人员的诊疗水平值得信赖""医护人员的服务态度感到满意""社区卫生服务机构的环境足够舒适""医疗设施感到安全放心""从住所到社区卫生服务机构很方便""提供的基础健康服务很齐全""社区卫生服务的收费合理"的情感倾向中,平均分分别为(2.64±0.80)、(2.58±0.79)、(2.82±0.86)、(2.73±0.85)、(2.47±0.95)、(2.87±0.82)、(2.74±0.86)分。社区居民对诊疗水平、服务态度、环境舒适、医疗设施、地理方便、服务齐全、收费合理的情感倾向与总体态度均有相关性(P<0.05)。结论重庆市社区居民对社区卫生服务的情感倾向较低。社区卫生服务机构应充分挖掘居民就诊的潜力,提升居民就诊的价值体验,全面提升人才队伍水平和改善硬件环境,从多层面为居民考虑,增强居民就诊的信心。 Objective To investigate the perception of residents in Chongqing toWards community health services and to provide references for the development of community health services. Methods From December 2013 to February 2014 , questionnaire survey Was conducted on 450 residents sampled from 9 main urban districts in Chongqing. The questionnaire Was self-designed and covered basic situation,aWareness of community health services,utilization,general attitude,and three aspects of the perception of residents toWards community health services. Results A total of 450 questionnaires Were distributed, and 402 valid questionnaires Were returned With an effective return rate of 89. 3%. The survey indicated that 346 ( 86. 1%) residents had heard of community health service and 216 ( 53. 7%) had heard of and had made use of community health services. The general attitude score given by the subjects Who had heard of community health services Was ( 2. 67 ± 0. 78 ) . The average scores of diagnosis and treatment, service attitude, environment, medical facilities, geographical accessibility, complete service and reasonable charge Were ( 2. 64 ± 0. 80 ),( 2. 58 ± 0. 79 ),( 2. 82 ± 0. 86 ),( 2. 73 ± 0. 85 ),( 2. 47 ±0. 95), (2. 87 ± 0. 82)and(2. 74 ± 0. 86)respectively. There Was correlation betWeen residents' perception toWards community health services and the level of diagnosis and treatment, service attitude, environment, medical facilities, geographical accessibility, complete service and reasonable charge ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Community residents in Chongqing hold a loW level in perception toWards community health services. We suggest the ability of health Workers of community health service should be comprehensively improved,the facility and environment be bettered,and the various needs of residents be satisfied,in order to raise the trust of residents in community health service and attract more residents to resort to community health services When in need.
