Value Stream Analysis of the Fruit Supply Chain——A Case Study of the Banana Supply Chain in Guangzhou

从供应链角度出发,通过对广州地区香蕉市场的调查,分析、比较了香蕉供应链中各环节的价格、成本和利润变化情况,剖析了香蕉价值链的特点,提出了降低流通成本、合理制定各环节售价、协调香蕉供应链各环节利润分配的措施建议:减少流通环节,降低损耗,缩短供应链;发展农产品第三方物流,推动冷链物流普及化;建立供应链信息共享平台,使各环节得到更有效的信息资源;建立风险分担机制。

From the perspective of the supply chain, by taking the example of Guangzhou banana market, this paper analyzes the price, cost and profits in each link of the banana supply chain. It discusses the characteristics of the banana value chain. This paper puts forward some suggestions on decreasing circulation cost, reasonably pricing at each link, and coordinating profits distribution in supply chain. The suggested measures include reduction of circulation links, decrease of the wastage, shortening of the supply link, development of the third party logistics for the agricultural products, popularization of the cold chain of logistics, establishment of the information stage for public purposes, and establishment of ＇the risk sharing system.
