摘要
文章根据CNKI检索的1 363篇国内高校图书馆社会服务方面的论文,从基础概念、可行性、服务内容、存在问题及策略等方面综述国内高校图书馆社会服务的研究现状,归纳出高校图书馆社会服务现有的模式:以服务合作对象来划分有自主自建模式和共建共享模式,以服务内容的层次来划分有借阅服务模式、信息服务模式和知识服务模式。并提出提升服务辐射能力,扩大服务覆盖面,丰富服务内涵与形式,构建开放式、多层次、立体化的公共服务体系等促进高校图书馆社会服务发展的建议。
Based on 1363 domestic and social service articles searched via the CNKI retrieval of university li- braries of China, this article provides a review of the research status quo of the social services provided by the do- mestic universities from the perspective of the fundamental concepts, feasibility, service contents, existing problems and strategies. It sums up the existing modes of social services provided by the university libraries, including the self-established private mode and jointly established mode for public purposes from the perspective of the service cooperative subjects, a lending-service mode, information-service mode and knowledge-service mode from the perspective of the service contents. This article also puts forward suggestions to enhance the service ability of radiation, to expand the service coverage, to enrich the connotation of services and forms, etc.
