摘要
本文利用仿真分析软件采集电路各种故障模式的特征数据,后将采集到的数据构造多层次的神经网络来进行诊断,最后使用虚拟仪器Lab VIEW完成对整个流程的编程与控制,通过实际验证故障诊断正确率非常好。
Characteristics of the data we use simulation software acquisition circuit failure mode analysis, the neural network structure of multi-level data collected for diagnosis, finally, using the virtual instrument LabVIEW to complete the programming and control of the whole process, through the actual verification accuracy of fault diagnosis is very good.
