摘要
长期以来,传统教学过于注重师生之间的"授受"关系,教师在教学中始终处于主导地位,学生只是被动接受知识的受体。而体验式教学中的师生关系是通过教学中的交往、对话、理解达成的"我-你"关系,不再是单纯的"授-受"关系。体验式教学强调帮助学生找到正确的学习的方法并培养学生的自主学习能力以及创新学习能力,真正凸显学生在教学过程中的主体地位。由此可见,在实际教学中引入体验式教学的重要性和紧迫性已不言而喻。
For a long time, the relationship of granting and receiving between teachers and students has been extremely emphasized in real teaching, teachers always play leading roles during the real teaching, and students are only the passive knowledge receptors. WhiIe in the experiential teaching, the teacher-student relationship becomes the "I-You" type through the communication, interaction and mutual understanding during the process of teaching, which is not the simple granting and receiving relationship any more. The experiential teaching emphasizes that the teachers should help the students to find the appropriate learning methods and cultivate their autonomous learning ability and innovative learning ability, moreover, the experiential teaching can really highlight the students' dominant role during the process of experiential teaching. So it is obvious that leading in experiential teaehing in real teaching is vital and urgent.
